The store had exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and polite and had good knowledge.

Medinat was very attentive, & explained every thing to me very well, she was extremely pleasant, & not pushy in anyway. That is something that puts me off when entering a shop. It was a pleasant experience. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress. I purchased my last one at your store, & had no problems. Hence my return when another was needed.

The mattress that I was looking to buy was available to test out and the colleagues working in the store were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We got the bed we wanted & wasn’t rushed or pressured into buying any particular bed. Just given advise on what they recommend.

From entering the store we were immediately assisted. The staff let us look around on our own trying out the different mattresses which is what we wanted and then readily available to take our order once we had decided. Delivery is just over a week. This is the second time we have purchased at this store and they make it such a stress free task from entering to leaving. Highly recommend using this store.

Dreams Bromley was great Croydon not so good didn't like the staff in Croydon. Bromley was a better store staff more friendly and had better product knowledge
