We needed two visits. Laura took time to understand our needs. She listened, didn't interrupt and wasn't hasty in making suggestions. We didn't feel pressured at any time and Laura left us alone to discuss each bed, making herself available each time we moved on to another choice. She explained the finance terms and protection plan clearly and simply and ensured a relatively quick and efficient payment process occurred. Well done Laura. We have shopped at Dreams before and Laura has ensured our continued custom.

Efficient service helpful regarding new mattress

Medinat, Sales Assistant was highly knowledgeable and very friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble. Medinat wasn’t pushy and allowed us to view the mattresses without follow us around or being insistent. Medinat provided great customer service.

Sleepmatch was very clever and help narrow down options

The introduction really. As soon as we arrived at the store we were made to feel welcome and valued and then after a few minutes of looking around we were invited to the bed evaluation device and once we were recommended a few of the mattresses we were left to try them out. If we couldn't find one we were shown it with no hesitation and although we decided on one not on the list, it was as a result of the list that we found the one we wanted. Looking at the pros and cons of each one we tried gave us the idea for the ideal mattress that we found. Yes the sales paperwork did take a little time but that was fine to make sure we were getting what we wanted. All in all, a good experience - the time went quickly even though it was 2 hours. :-)

Very helpful member of staff who displayed expert knowledge of the different mattresses and pillows.
