Medinat was very helpful during my visit, showed me the products I wanted

David was brilliant and gave us great advice. I was happy to see there were alternative colours of velvet for the bed. I also liked the sleep analysis machine

simply because the staff were efficient friendly and THEY LISTENED selection of mattresses was impressive I am a major back sufferer and I was well catered for

David our assistant was great no hard sell of something I really didn’t want gave me lots of space to look around and ask questions and particularly helped me to narrow down the options so I could make an informed choice.

Medinat was extremely helpful and proactive in making us feel helped and supported in taking the decision to purchase our ottoman bed. She was instrumental in providing the required information, comparison with other beds, etc... She has been very friendly from the outset and has provided us some water and some time alone as well to think things through. We have been impressed by her patience and the time she spend guiding us through the purchase process. Thank you Medinat !

The assistance provided was very helpful and we didn't feel hounded to buy. After the initial showing of suitable mattresses, we were left to our devices to look around the store and then assisted well when we asked for help with other items we decided to buy

Explained what I needed for my child and budget, and had many options for not a really high budget, the guy who served me was so helpful just explaining everything in detail but not enough where it was confusing. Great service from this store!

I was treated like a princess by Lynne in Bromley, nothing was too much trouble. She put me on a bed with a machine which tells what matress I needed, which was very helpful considering I'm on crutches. Well done Dreams highly satisfied!
