Daniel was very helpful pleasant and attentive. He greeted me warmly within a reasonable time of me entering the shop, but didn’t pounce on me straight away. He listened to what I wanted, then advised me of how to achieve the ideal bed and mattress. He offered me a drink, then did the sleep match, which I thought was brilliant, then talked me through all the suggestions. He was knowledgable about the products, patient, and made me feel like s valued customer. I tested all the mattresses suggested and he advised me on pillows too. Then went above and beyond what I would have expected, by telling me the headboard I had selected they had an ex display one at a discounted price, which saved me a lot of money, so I was very grateful. Daniel was great from start to finish.

My this visit colleague Lynne helped to me and before i went to store i checked from online and i visited another store and it wasn'r succesfully visit ,but in this store when i was waiting free colleague she saw to me and she started to speak with me ,then she started to take my order , i spent fun time and i got what i need when i left the store.i was highly satisfied because i left the store happy :)

We had done our own research before coming into the store but Toby told us about all our options and we tried out some other mattresses. We loved the mattress machine and the new technology available to determine the right mattress. We also purchased new duvet and pillows and were pleased with the range and price.

From start to finish we received a highly professional service fromDan.he helped us choose the right product for our needs.while we were waiting we were offered tea or water. My husband and I were made to feel very comfortable throughout. Any question we asked we always got a competent reply.

The 2 assistants that we encountered were knowledgeable, patient and charming.

We met Daniel at the Bromleys dream store we are very happy with his service, he asked is if we need assistance as soon as he saw us and then was happy to help us find the rigt mattress for us by doing the greet pillow dream sleep match! After that test he show us the mattress that are more suitable for us! Ha asked us if we want any coffee or water while we were looking for the mattress! We ended buy the HIDE AND SLEEP mattress which we are so happy with this purchase! Is the second day since we reveived and we are more than happy! In store we also purchased a bed frame and we got for frwe pillows and a mattress cover! So the overal experience was quick and efficient and we received pur goodies! Great!
