The assistance who welcomed us, spent all the time we needed, was well informed, showed us a variety of types of mattresses with explanation and made helpful suggestions. He was polite and kind and non patronising and put no undue pressure on us. So much so that, having gone into the shop for advise and to see what was available we came out having made a substantial purchase.

The range of products available and price range of beds etc. Knowledge of staff, friendly environment and being offered refreshments in the store. Special mention to Reece, what a credit to the store, very knowledgeable, understood my requirements. Also a mention to Ian, also very helpful. Would definitely recommend Dreams.
