The young lady was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the matress I'd need for my adjustable bed & even got me a pillow that was firmer than the one on the bed so I could try it out in comfort.

the service l received was second to none nothing was too much for Daniel and he explained everything even down to the delivery, in fact l had come into the store the day before for a sofa bed and ended up buying a bed plus mattress instead of the sofa, super polite salesman, the store is extremely clean, well presented and the staff helpful and polite, l am over 64 so getting someone to listen and explain the pros and cons is extremely helpful, l will return to that store for anything l need and that is down to the warm welcome from manager Lynne and her more than helpful staff. Daniel is a diamond in the rough and l was happy to buy my two beds plus mattresses , l wanted a sofa bed , but dreams came through and got two great beds my gain and l am more than happy , great store excellent staff , Keep it up Dreams 5 stars

We explained that we would be buying one of the cheaper mattresses and I still felt that the level of service remained exceptionally high. Admittedly the store had only just opened on a Sunday morning so was quiet, but at all times I felt safe. There was plenty of space, hand sanitiser, tissue paper to put on the beds when testing. I was impressed at the speed of delivery and the clear instructions on how to distance from the delivery team when they arrive.
