We were greeted by very friendly staff when we walked in. Malwina assisted us, she was extremely patient and ensured she kept us as safe and sanitised as possible. She had great knowledge and recommended us the perfect mattress. She was not pushy and took time to understand what we wanted she provided excellent service.

When we arrived at the store and said we needed a new mattress Daniel put us on the sleep match equipment and then proceeded to show us the mattresses that were best for us all through social distancing. When we paid the bill we were also told we were given an extra £65 to spend in store through our purchase which daniel happily helped us pick nice side pillows and a mattress protector which were also discounted which we felt was a nice bonus seeing as we had spend quite a bit on the mattress. As we were leaving Daniel then said please help yourself to bottled water on your way out which I also thought was a nice little touch as I had built up quite a thirst after bouncing around on all the mattresses!!!!
