During uncertain times that we are all facing at the moment, I was unsure on how the store would be running. We arrived and there were hand sanitation stations which automatically made you feel like safety measures had been put into place. We booked an appointment online and were met by Mel from the store who was a great help from the moment we walked in. We were able to use the Sleep Test with use of pillows with reusable covers to ensure to us that safety measures were being put into place. Paper sheets were also put onto the bed to further ensure this. As this was mine and my boyfriend's first time buying a bed, the process was simple and almost fun for us. With everything being digital at the moment it was great to go into a proper shop and get a feel of the mattresses we had seen online. Mel helped us find the mattress that was well suited to both of us and we were very happy with the decision we made. We were also pleasantly surprised with the delivery time as we expected it to be much longer due to Covid-19.

On entering the store we were welcomed in, and asked to use the hand sanitiser at the entrance. This immediately made us feel they were taking our health seriously, which was enormously important, as I was feeling very anxious. We explained we'd come to look at beds without having much of an idea what we were looking for, and were shown upstairs. We were offered some bottled water to take with us, as it was hot in the showroom, which was nice because our visit was likely to be fairly long as we wanted to make sure we chose the right bed. We did not feel pressurised at all to buy a particular bed, Lynne enabled us to complete a test to see which mattress would suit us and offered recommendations from this. We took a long time to discuss our options both with Lynne and also on our own. Lynne gave myself and my husband the space we needed to make our decision. As a result, we left the store very happy, having purchased the right bed for us, and are so excited for it to be delivered.
