I was promptly approached and greeted ''Good morning ''by your staff (Mel)with a warm smile. Mel quietly listened without interruption to what was on my mind regarding my type of beds. She asked if i needed some water and showed me some of the bottled water i could have for free while in the store (I think that was cool). She explained a Sleep Match and what it does---I tried it and within minutes there was a reader showing recommended mattresses. (She gave me a copy). Very Patient lady as it took me a while to make a choice..She gave me some pace to think. It didn't take me long to decide on my choice and she NEVER pressured into making my choice.
