Sales assistant was available immediately we arrived at the store. Understood what we were looking for. Had a customer toilet to use.

Reece gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in making sure we chose the right mattress.

Knowledgeable, professional, accommodating

The server Marc was very attentive. He offered us water, sleep match technology and even checked with his colleague Mel if my partner was able to use a NHS discount.

The assistant, Mel, was extremely polite and efficient. She knew the products very well and quickly understood exactly what I was looking for. You rarely get this kind of service these days.

Very helpful staff

I wanted to buy a bed, a mattress and a headboard but I had little time as I was nearing my limit on the parking metre. The assistant was friendly, very helpful and gave good advice. He processed my order in very good time and I was very pleased with the outcome and my purchase.

When i first went in, I was helped, I also see the manager Jason? He helped with his knowledge of beds, then when i came back i see Mel who greeted me with a bottle of water (nice), and took me through the process of buying my exact bed, i tried the Sleepmatch (That is Great idea). I was shown around different firmness of beds with the pillow Mel kept carrying around, and choose all that i needed, Mel couldn't help enough - so nice. When we went through the costs, Mel explained all, as i forgot my glasses and she read parts out to me. So HAPPY i came here, thank you.

I found the gentleman who dealt with me and my husband very understanding of my needs and spent time with finding the best bed and mattress that we needed for my disability nothing was to much for him he was very friendly and took the time to make sure we were happy and relaxed during our visit to the store I also was very happy to be offered as much water as I needed I would go back to this store anytime
