From walking in the store Sidi was ready to assist straight away. He understood my requirements and my budget and made a very great recommendation. I purchased the mattress straight away and he even helped me carry it out to my car which I thought was an excellent touch :) The customer service made the experience for me, would definitely recommend. The sales person was very knowledgable and helpful - he didn’t try to “oversell” and made sure to show us mattresses that were in the current sale/promotion, rather than pushing another more expensive option. Very satisfied with the choice of products available and the service given.
