Reece at Dreams, Bromley was extremely helpful and showed me a wide range of types of bed. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and explained them in great detail. I tested a wide range of natural mattresses and felt that he knew the difference between the various qualities. I was very impressed by his friendly/professional customer service.

We were highly satisfied as the assistant was not pushy & just let us choose what we wanted, he answered all our questions. The delivery was nice & early & the guys were very respectful by taking off their shoes before entering & wearing face coverings which reassured us, plus very polite.
