She always offer very sensible advice and seems very honest. We did purchase a mattress which will be deliver in a week so hopefully we made the right choice.

Reece at Dreams, Bromley was extremely helpful and showed me a wide range of types of bed. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and explained them in great detail. I tested a wide range of natural mattresses and felt that he knew the difference between the various qualities. I was very impressed by his friendly/professional customer service.
