The sales assistance Daniel, from the Bromley branch was great. He knew the products well and is a natural sales, and people person. He couldn’t have done more for us. He was patient with us as indecisive customers.

Wow!! I am blown away with my shopping experience with Dreams. I was greeted by Mel, a perfect ambassador for you. After looking around , I realized unfortunately your beds were out of my budget. Mel asked me lots of questions and came up with a solution, a ex-display double bed. Mel encouraged me to try the king size mattress that was on display (my double was in the store room) it was perfect just what I had requested, firm. Next Mel shown me the base, pointed out the marks, which again was happy with as this would be against the wall. Mel then sourced me a head board, it was perfect. I then sat down to arrange delivery. Even this was amazing as I needed it asap, Mel arranged delivery within 5 days, wow. Mel then went on to arrange my old bed to be took away and my new bed to be assembled. I couldn't believe it, it was so easy. Fantastic. It didn't end there, I was then treated to pillows, a duvet and a mattress protector. I was so happy. Mel made my day. Thank you so much

Good afternoon I’ve just had my bed delivered. Thank you very much for the quick turn around for delivering a new replacement bed to us. The dreams delivery men (Steve & Connor) They represented Dreams in the correct way, as did your staff (Reece) at your Bromley branch. Excellent service / polite/ quick with assembling the bed and this time round showing the correct way to open and close the Ottoman bed.
