She understood exactly what I needed, was very patient with me, and showed me several different types of mattresses , and suggested options I had not considered ( one of which I ended up buying) She made me feel comfortable, she did not pressure me in any way, but was knowledgeable and proactive. She was a pleasure to deal with , and I highly recommend her.
