Dreams - New Bromley

We visited twice either side of 2nd lockdown and both times we had very professional and knowledgeable staff. The member of staff was Reece in the Bromley store and he was very helpful without being pushy. We were given time to chat with him and also with my husband without Reece. All safety precautions were apparent which was very good.

First the sales person was polite had a good pleasant way well spoken and made sure that we understood Our questions we asked him Very clean shop felt safe regarding virus etc I guess the only not good point was that other clients where not asked to use mask, at our time in shop you had 4/6 people in shop and 3 where using face covers But I guess it's hard thing to ask people when younger , Hopefully the delivery will go the same way

The staff at dreams in Bromley was very helpful very patient, took time to show me what was the best bed and mattress that was suitable for me. He explained everything really well to me and i was really impressed with the service that I received. Our visit to Dreams was very satisfactory, the staff were extremely helpful and not pushy which we liked. Daniel was very knowledgeable and made sure we tried different types before we made our decision

The assistant Malwina was extremely and friendly and was not pushy in her selling technique. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our needs.
