The person who assisted us, Daniel at the Bromley High St store, was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgable. He knew exactly what to show us (both myself and my partner had no idea what we were looking for, and he managed to cope with our constantly changing minds!) had a ton of patience. Genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had in ages.

Reece was very helpful. We were hoping to view the Nissan metal bed frame but it was unavailable, we went for our second choice. He was very helpful with using the mattress machine to help us find a suitable mattress. He led us to a fantastic choice which was perfect for us.

First the sales person was polite had a good pleasant way well spoken and made sure that we understood Our questions we asked him Very clean shop felt safe regarding virus etc I guess the only not good point was that other clients where not asked to use mask, at our time in shop you had 4/6 people in shop and 3 where using face covers But I guess it's hard thing to ask people when younger , Hopefully the delivery will go the same way
