I will admit I was an extremely fussy customer as buying a bed is a massive expense for me as i have full body arthritis and could only choose memory foam as normal mattresses are too painful for me to lay on for any length of time and the absolute professionalism your employee Reece from Bromley High Street gave to me was second to none. Right from the start Reece introduced me to the new technology you now have in store to find out what mattress would suit my body, especially with my arthritis this was extremely helpful and a learning experience for me. Reece kept his distance at all times and never removed his mask. He was very informative in answering my questions, and i had many! Reece offered me the lift and took the stairs many many times as i wanted to go upstairs and downstairs to review some choices i had made until i finally came to my conclusion. I was in store for a few hours I think with poor Reece going up and down the stairs so many times and still so caring and friendly towards me, I loved him for his true patience that never waned. I chose a luxurious all in one base with headboard and a memory foam really dreamy mattress. Cant say a big enough Thank you, Dreams

We were met on entry,asked what we wanted and taken to several alternatives.Mel then advised us of the differences in the two that we had selected and we made our the choice with her help.She made us a hot drink and then placed our order.She took us through the process very professionally explained the trial period in detail and we were extremely impressed with her manner. An extremely good experience and we now await delivery on Friday.Many thanks.

When I first went to the Bromley store it was to find the right fit bed and mattress for me. The member of staff was very patient and gave me lots of advice on which would be best for my body type. Any question I had was answered clearly and I left with all the information I needed. When returning to the store later that week to make my purchase, another member of staff was able to help me and the process was quick and easy. Great experience.
