Very impressed with the in store service.

I was given prompt attention by a staff member. He showed good knowledge of the products and was able to point to those he thought most appropriate. He also pointed out special offers and did not automatically go to the most expensive items as sometimes happens in stores. Once the choice was made, the transaction was completed swiftly, a delivery date chosen with the option of phoning to have it changed as might be the case.

Was able to choose the correct mattress using your computerised system. I was allowed to look around the store without any pressure to buy. When I needed help the assistant was there ready to help.

Reece approached shortly after I entered the shop and asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I wanted and my price range. Reece showed me items within my range explaining about the products. I asked for a particular product which was actually out of my price range. Reece explained this and then showed me the item. I decided to buy two of these mattresses and was given a small discount for a multiple purchase. Delivery was arranged within the timeframe I had hoped. Reece was pleasant, informative and cheerful without being pushy in any way.
