Dreams - New Bromley

I visited your Bromley store on Tuesday 11th May having already seen the bed frame online that we liked. The spacious & fresh looking appearance was a joy, as was the young man at the desk named Daniel who immediately led me to where it was situated. He couldn't have been more helpful with the whole experience of viewing, assessing & purchasing. 😊

We were seen to right away. Toby from the bromley store helped us. My mum tried out the machine that helps you find your perfect mattress. We were offered drinks etc chose the new bed and headboard. Delivery was within a week. Perfect service

We had a very positive experience and really appreciated Jason's help in the full process, as we arrived very open minded with no real idea what to look for - Jason was very patient and thorough and we were very satisfied with the service.

The sales assistants were all friendly and knowledgeable. We found what we needed in no time at all. Really enjoyed experience in the store because you can try and feel the product and get help from staff at any time.

Jason at Dreams in Bromley, the sales manager/advisor was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for before advising us and showing us available items. Jason made sure he showed us a wide range of items in different price ranges. He gave us the opportunity to try the beds in our own time and he give us the space and privacy required when making a decision as to our preference. He was attentive, knowledgeable but also respectful of our space. He made the experience of shopping for a new bed comfortable and pleasant. It felt like a very a Covid safe environment which made it easier.
