The Sales Assistant approached me quite soon after I arrived in store. It was a warm day and I was offered a bottle of water. My questions were answered and I felt confident placing my order.

I visited Dreams in Bromley on 05/06/2021 to purchase a bed and was assisted by Reece who was extremely helpful. I also visited Dreams the week prior and was greeted by Reece on this occasion also, however I did not purchase anything on this visit. Reece walked us round dreams to show us the different types of beds and helped me make my decision. Reece also informed us that when you purchase a bed, you can also add a duvet and pillows at 50% off and showed us the samples for these which I also added to my order.

The assistant was very helpful gave good advice and not pushy in any way

Assistant knew exactly what he was doing and made choosing our bed a pleasure and not a chore especially with a difficult husband. Who didn’t understand the procedure and then he actually decided on the bed we needed

We were given time to make up our mind on what bed to choose and we're not made to feel we were taking up too much time

The gentleman who served me in the Bromley store was extremely patient and took time to find me the perfect bed in my price range. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the process easy.
