Dreams - New Bromley

We were served my Mel In the Bromley store , she was very helpful and patient and very friendly . We are also provided with water .

Our sales assistant Toby was quick to ask if we needed help and then guided us to the sleep match machine. After the results he asked what our preference of mattress usually was and then guided us to various ones to try. He left us alone to try them out returning a couple of times to check we were ok. We did not feel pressurised in any way and were able to spend a good amount of time testing and selecting.

The Service, appearance of the store and the Staffs assistance was next to no other that I have ever experienced. Firstly We were greeted by Jason (Store Manager) who used the machine to advise Us which was best for My condition ( being disabled), then He gave Me the option to try them all ( disinfecting them after each use) not to mention how knowledgable, caring and Patient He was every step of the way. Then We dealt with other Members of Staff where We had the same experience. We ended up buying 3 more items which wasn’t on Our list just because We didn’t want that type of Service to end. Thanks and heads up to Jason, staff and Dreams for such an excellent and memorable experience. 110% should be awarded as Customer satisfaction.

Greeted upon entry to store by daniel he listened to our requirements and entered them into sleep match machine while we were waiting he offered us water to drink he was very knowledgeable about the products also offered us pillows when showing us different matresses to try and when we selected the one we wanted we went through the purchasing process and were offered water again was a very welcoming experience

Store Manager assisted us with all enquiries and was polite, helpful and not pushy or intrusive. We had decided from looking online what we intended to buy and Jason showed us the products we wanted and the various options that were available.

Mel from the Bromley store was super attentive and patient, gave us plenty of options, explained everything very clearly

The sales assistant Reece was knowledgeable, polite and took the time to understand our requirements. He suggested products that fitted our requirements and provided excellent customer service overall.

The Assistant was helpful and friendly throughout my visit. She was able to arrange the delivery to suit my availability and with the minium of fuss.
