We were met by Jason who helped us decide on a bed. He was very professional and conscientious, for example offering water and keeping my 9 year old busy on the bed design feature. He did a deal for us with pillows and mattress cover included. Very satisfied with our visit and will come back to buy another bed for our house later this year. Duncan Johnson

We first visited the Catford store on June 30th and Daniel greeted us on arrival and was incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions and when we enquired about a specific mattress he told us that it was available to try in the Bromley store. We went to the Bromley store another day and tried it. We felt very comfortable throughout with no pressure to buy and are 100% happy with our choice having tried every mattress we wanted to others that Daniel recommended. In fact we chose one of his recommendations rather than what we thought we would buy. The sleepmatch was very useful and it was helpful to try the mattresses with pillows which we also bought in the end! In addition we were happy to see all staff were wearing masks and adhering to social distancing and we were glad to be offered a drink in the hot weather. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and especially with Daniel.

It was our first time in a bed store. The service that we received could not have been better. We enjoyed using the computerised bed that calculated the best mattress for us.
