I was extremely satisfied with my experience at your Bromley store. I was looked after very well by your store Manager Lynne. She spent a lot of time with me ensuring I was looked after. She was very knowledgeable about your products, and made sure my purchase would suit my needs. I was impressed and would definitely return, and would recommend Dreams to friends and family. We were offered the interest free credit period for our purchase and tried to explain to Nandita that as we had only moved to the UK from Australia 9 months ago our credit history may not be sufficient (however we know Graeme has a score of 999 on Experion). She still told us to continue with the process in which we had to give her our information twice as she originally put it in the wrong system. The process took approx 25mins after which Nandita told us we had been rejected and didn't know the reason why. She did not seemed interested in trying to find out why and did not share our concern that this rejection at affect our credit score. Nandita only took 18 months of address history from us which I believe is the reason why our application was rejected. We have been approved for a house mortgage in the last 2 months so are surprised we were rejected. I seriously hope this experience has not harmed out credit rating and if it has I will be making a formal complaint to Dreams
