The whole experience was very positive from when we entered the shop until we left.

Assistant was very nice didn’t stand over us pressure selling very impressive young man

Mel was absolutely amazing! I received first class service from both that was in that day (Mel and Reece) They were non pushy and really easy to get along with. Store was very clean and Mel who took my order offered me water which was appreciated. Throughly enjoyable experience and will recommend to others

Reece at Bromley was very friendly and enthusiastic to show us as many mattresses as we wanted but also guided us sensibly to what was best for us. It was quiet in the store at the time we went so nothing was too much trouble and the bottle of water was very much appreciated

The girl who served me was incredibly efficient, and therefore probably a great salesperson.

Ian, was fantastic. Understood what I was looking for, helped with the choice of mattress. Wasn’t too pushy as a salesmen and just wanted to make my decision based on how I felt regarding the product not the prices.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. She remembered our conversation when I came into the store and helped me with additional information I needed. Would recommend.
