Sidi was extremely helpful he listened to what we needed and was not pushy at all. Our mattress was actually on the May Day offers so we were very pleased with that! We used the sleep match machine which seemed to be very accurate and provided us with a selection of options - we were offered drinks and when we had decided we wanted to go ahead with the purchase we went through to various payment options - we even got a free mattress protector and some pillows!

Sidi was so helpful, showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the products, gave us lots of options and wasn't pushy at all which we have found to be the case in most other furniture stores.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions.

I was greeted warmly by Ian and explained what I was looking for in terms of mattress. He listened and suggested the "bed test" to find what was suitable to my needs. This duly done he showed me the options that the test had concluded I needed and encourage me to try them. I am, by nature, a ditherer and at no time felt under pressure or coerced in to buying anything. The whole experience was relaxed for which I am grateful.
