Sidi was so helpful, showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the products, gave us lots of options and wasn't pushy at all which we have found to be the case in most other furniture stores.

I was greeted warmly by Ian and explained what I was looking for in terms of mattress. He listened and suggested the "bed test" to find what was suitable to my needs. This duly done he showed me the options that the test had concluded I needed and encourage me to try them. I am, by nature, a ditherer and at no time felt under pressure or coerced in to buying anything. The whole experience was relaxed for which I am grateful.
