I would expect the sales assistant to stand & walk towards me as I was looking at the headboards and not stay sitting in an armchair & call out in a rather loud voice. I think it should be a common courtesy as I am the customer!!

I had to change the order (mattress ordered was the wrong size) over the phone a couple of hours after ordering in the shop. The order was changed but they couldn't give me a new delivery date, so I was told I'd be phoned the next day with a new order date. After waiting until 13.30 the following day, I phoned the store and chased them, but was then told they couldn't help me, and I'd have to phone Customer Services. I immediately called CS, only to be told they were closed on Sundays and to ring back Monday. So, if I am not successful again tomorrow, I will be cancelling the order and going somewhere else.

I specifically asked for a therapur bliss 22 single matress, I was quoted a price and paid for it. I was then called back to the store to say I had to pay more money as the store assistant had looked at the wrong matress. This was not my fault and found this most annoying, for the inconvenience and error on your part I feel my single matress should be taken away free of charge .

Nobody approached us to ask if we needed help but we tried beds and found an ex-display model which was perfect for me (due to medical problems) also found a clearance headboard as our budget was tight, went downstairs to find colleague who was sitting at desk, told him which bed and headboard we wanted he put our order through and organized a delivery date, we paid our money and left, however on the day of delivery the store phoned to say that the headboard was not the correct size for my bed, which we was not made aware of when we paid ! So I am awaiting refund of that and then spent a few hours after the bed was delivered driving around trying to find another headboard which was not appreciated, also the chaps delivering my bed said whoever took my money did nothing about making sure my bed was made ready for delivery as when they arrived to collect, my bed was still on the shop floor !, also once delivery had taken place one of the feet was broken so I have had to email Sealy to ask for a replacement.

The lady who helped me was very rude to me. She was shouting at me because I was telling her that what she put on the invoice was not what I wanted and she didn't want to change it. She didn't even bother to show me the bed I was talking about. I had to insist for 20minutes and ask on of her colleagues to change it. At the end she didn't apologise and I was highly disappointed.

My visit was absolutley fine. The problem was when i rang the store to order the mattress. The guy that helped me was very slow. He just sounded totally confused. I had to spell my email address a few times.
