Dreams - New Bromley

Sale prices were the absolutely basic prices by the time you added drawers etc you were back to original price so no sale really!!!

There are only 2 customer service points in the store and both were being used so we had to wait to place our order despite there being staff available to serve. The member of staff serving us was very apologetic at us having to wait. The computer picked up the wrong road from our post code so the assistant had to amend the following day, he called to advise the change had taken place.

I was over all happy with my experience at dreams. However i was not overly happy about the price of the bed however I still got the bed because the quality was so good.

The day I visited the two staff members were rushed off their feet. They were so busy they didn't even get a lunch break. I was fine looking around alone, the store is spacious and clearly labelled. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful but one more staff member would have taken the weight off.

Good choice of available beds and mattresses, but the cost quickly added up to over my original limit. Quickest available delivery slot ended up being almost a month after the order date. Still, the shopping experience was enjoyable, with friendly and accommodating staff to help make the decision.

The main reason I am not not ableto rate as highlyn staified is the lenghtgh of time to wait bteween order -when I have paid for the item 18/06/2015 and delivery date 08/07/2016. I did not expect the mattress to be available immediately however this seems a long time from when I have paid Dreams and the delivery date. I visted the store -Bromley Kent on 3 occasions during week beginning Mon 12t he June 2015 and I was treated well and the staff that assisted me were helpful polite and courteous I was highly staified with the staff it is the wait time for the mattress once ordered that is dissapointing.

Prices are high even during bank holiday sale!

The delivery for which I paid £19 so that it can be on a Friday, cannot be made on a day that I can be at home. It was in fact booked for a Friday I can't do and there aren't any Fridays within 5 weeks that are free that I can be available. So I have paid this and will now have to give up a holiday weekend to be available on a Monday, when I shouldn't have to pay for the delivery.
