It took three members of staff and a lot of checking to be able to confirm that a ladder could be fitted at either end of the mid sleeper. Delivery is not for 6-8 weeks which seems a little excessive. Will not now how satisfied I am with the product and the assembly service purchased until then.

I think the delivery and removal charges are too high. They really bump up the price

Lift not working and bed on first floor I am 83 and have difficulties with stairs. Assistant was very friendly and helpful

Only at the end of the order was I told that you no longer offer a free delivery option. Then I find if I had ordered online it was still offered.

I found the colour displays a bit confusing at first as I didn't realise that the colours related to the advertising on the wall. Perhaps this should be moved to the front of the store as you enter. However once I realised the colour coordination it was fine

Staff were busy with other customers once we were helped the assistant then went away to serve someone else and had to wait until someone else was free.
