I was absolutely satisfied I just don't think every store has to be marked as highly satisfied I enjoyed my visit and all was very welcoming.

There's always space for improvement. satisfied is a high mark for me. what really decided the purchase (as I wasn't actually looking to buy anything from a bed shop at this time) was not only was I getting a top quality mattress for half price, the delivery options were very flexible! I'm not ready to receive the item yet so the shop made it possible to deliver when my room is ready to accommodate it. The assistant was very helpful as it was she who explained the differences between the mattresses; she told me of the special offer of ex display items, encouraged me to try out the b eds as i was shy to and informed me of the flexible delivery dates. Thank-you.

I had visited the store previous week to have a look and understand what products were available as I was buying my sons first single mattress. The lady was very friendly and gave me the info I needed, although I was confused out of the whole store she only had 3 options for me, but I took the details of 2 mattresses as I wanted to check with my husband. I returned to the store a week later to place an order and found that the price of the bed has increased by £50 when I bought this to the lady's attention she denied it was ever that price, I told her I had it written on one of your cards, she continued to deny it. She then informed me delivery would be a further £39! I was not happy, she told me to do it online which wound me up further. As I was about to leave the store, the lady came to me and said she would waiver the deliver charge, this still meant I was £11 over the original price, but I agreed as I would have paid more with delivery and the original price. Being heavily pregnant and having my 4 year old with me, she could have been a bit more accommodating sooner, rather then getting me annoyed first.

Service was great, we were asked if we wanted help and had the option to go back later. To be highly satisfied the service would have had to be extraordinary. This was an great level of service.

We were sold halfprice pillows with the bed only to find them cheaper elsewhere.

I have always experienced excellent customer service at dreams. I was immediately attended to, by a very helpful staff member. I have bought beds for myself and my boys from dreams 7 years ago and they are still going strong and are as good as new. This is the reason I am buying furniture for my new home from dreams again. However I wish there were more choices in terms of design and style.

I was shocked to find out that there was a £39 delivery charge and a £39 charge for taking away the old mattress - far too expensive. That is not mentioned on the TV adverts!!!!
