The mattresses we were looking at were mislabeled (at source) which created confusion. This was resolved by the explanation given by the staff.

The amount of discount was not as much as we would have liked for January sale and the sales lady could not offer more discount even though we would have spent more had we been offered more discount

This was the second time visiting the store and the lift was not working. The first visit the lift to access the store was broken down. My last visit the lift to the 1st floor was not working. If I was not there with my father I would of left the store. My mother had to stay downstairs where she sat with the asisstants at the desk. I think it is appalling that such a store does not consider that it important to value all of their customers and that disabled persons should not be disadvantaged.

The Lady who helped me was great, but she had to spread herself with 2 other customers,but I think that it was just busy at the time,and I'm a bit impatient,but rather than make me wait she did a manual payment for me and called me later in the afternoon for my delivery date...so have to say she was excellent...nice store and easy to choose a bed and try them out..so overall a good experience..

Due to amount of customers waiting, or being served, we had to wait for 10/15 minutes or so, however we were greeted on entering the store and directed to the product we were interested, that same greeted asked if we needed Tea or Coffee and repeatedly came and apologized for the delay. Overall all we understood the delay. George

I do not yet have my products and so I cannot say how happy I am until I have received and had a chance to use them.

I can't say I am highly satisfied until I don't get the products in my home. Will then be able to check out how good the product is and eventually be able to decide how very satisfied I am. As to the staff in attendance, I have only the beSt to say for him. Polite and ever ready to help.
