Due to staff sickness there was only one young man serving, doing a great job still Also, he had to go through lots of script about buying pillows, bed linen etc which I didn't want or have time for

I was very pleased about the pricing and knew there was a bit of damage to the bed I was buying which was only 2 things, I was told that they wasn't going to dismantle, which they did as they wasn't able to fit in the lift which I can understand. The main reason I felt that I wasn't highly satisfied was because when I picked up the bed I noticed that there was more damage to it, when unpacking from the packaging I found more damage that was not there when I viewed in store. So I felt that this could of happened when being dismantled which was very very poorly done. I think that they should have done it with care. I will be sending in the pictures of the damage that they left after dismantling my sons bed. Not very happy at all.

Having placed the order & paid a deposit, I then wanted to add disposal of my old mattress when I paid the balance in full the next day. This couldn't be added without me losing my delivery day.

Pricing of display items did not match ticket price, i.e. an ottmanman bed was on display with mattress, yet the ticket price displayed that of a standard divan and mattress, the difference being £400, so go in thinking you are going to spend £500 and end up paying £900

I was expecting better discount as part of January sale, we are regular customers at Dreams and we have purchased both our bedrooms in your Store so I would expect at least free delivery on this occasion
