The order process was very long winded and took a long time, nearly an hour due to the store not having enough staff order process to set up the finance agreement.

Limited range of tempra products on display Assistance was excellent, offered coffee etc.

As the price was very high, I was checking the internet as I tried the mattresses, I was given piece of mind that I didn't need to do this as there is price matching plus a compensation of £25. When I can to sign up for the order I was told then that this product did not have price matching, I had already spent a lot of time so was not going to do it all again to change to something which did have price matching. Also I needed 2 mattresses and one bed taken away and considering I spent £4944 I think this and the protectors should have been thrown in for free. When I have bought with Dreams in the past there has been more manager flexibility and good customer service. I was also told there was a 5% discount then on signing up was told there was not just £200 off. I think with the value of my sale there should have been discount, or collection of old bed and mattresses or protectors thrown in. Also you should not be told good news then it is taken away.

I tend not to over rate on surveys as the extreme marks are often disregarded. The sales pitch was as expected and we were willing customers. The experience was very good.

Overall experience was very good, good knowledge of the staff and assistance provided. Didn't particularly like the restriction on time to amend the order (48 hours) after purchase, and perhaps expected slightly better deal in the form of discount on spending that amount of money in the store.

The store was uncomfortably hot and this made it unpleasant to be in and browse the staff were great and did offer cold refreshments - working air con would have been better (for them too). Better signage for the different types of beds and where they are in the store when you first walk in
