Dreams - New Bromley

As we walk in the store we were greeted by the manager, assisting choosing a bed, which also said to us if we would like a drink, another person in the store was always very helpful very pleased, with choosing the right bed for my son.

The assistant, Medinat, gave us plenty of help with finding the bed we wanted whilst also giving us plenty of time to try them out. Didn't feel pressured to purchase but given plenty of options.

On my first visit i was helped by one sales assistant, after shopping around and making our final decision i came back to this store and was helped by another person. The price quoted with the 20% discount was more than what the first person had told me, which was a shame but i was told they had probably made a mistake or did not take in to consideration everything we needed. Overall this was the bed we wanted so we paid this price.

I only ever give satisfied as a choice whenever I complete a form such you have presented.I was very pleased with how my purchase went including the actual delivery.The staff were professional and very helpful.I wouldn't hesitate to use Dreams again at the Bromley branch as your member of staff named Medinat was very knowledgeable.

There didn’t seem to be much to choose from in store. I don’t think you can buy a mattress online. You need to try before you buy, I’ve got my fingers burnt with that. That’s the on,y reason it’s not 10 out of 10

Believe a fuller printed description of the product should be available at each bed (mattress) so that we can compare the different types of matresses and the prices whilst physical trying out the product.

We would have been highly satisfied if we'd received a bit more of a discount as we were buying 3 mattresses

If I say highly satisfied where do you go next re improvement? There was nothing wrong with the experience but buying a mattress is not the most exciting thing in my life so I struggle with top marks!
