Expected mattresses to come in all sizes but only a few are available for "small single". Rather annoying.

Overall it was a good service but only went in for a blow up bed.

Everything was fine except for your computer system which would not connect to the card/payment reader. Had to go to other shops while it was being sorted out. Also, I think your selection of mattresses at each level is limited.

Advertised sale... 50% off and 20% off bed frames but there did not appear to be any products in the sale. Nor was I offered any sale items. Nor did i see any sale options I feel that the sale promotion was a little misleading.

I was satisfied

I am satisfied, but can only be highly satisfied when I have had the purchase for a little time.

They had what we were looking for, it just seemed a little scruffy.

when i tried to order over the phone i could not use a debit card that was registered to a different address which seems a bit daft as it was being bought as a present

Long delivery time

Got swept up in the purchase, was hoping to negotiate a better price
