To the best of my knowledge the questions to which I have not answered 'Highly satisfied' require require more intimate knowledge of the subject matter. Until I have personally used the goods purchased I cannot give a more defined answer.

Satisfied is, in my opinion, a very good note. Highly satisfied I could use while shopping in Harrods. The staff was really nice and polite and we got what we came for.

We used the sleep machine to determine our type of mattress, which was completely wrong for both of us. Luckily, Laura was very helpful and found us what we were looking for.

No sign saying another entrance to the store so didn't realise until carried pram up stairs then was told about it but not on 1st visit. 2nd visit. Did matress test but like staff said not very specific just said I can have anything. But staff were lovely and helpful

Just think due to the size off store someone to greet you on arrival would be great, but also just think it could be a far more engaging experience/ambience. The assistance i received was great really considered what I wanted.

I was satisfied with the customer service that i received from the staff member, he was very helpful and polite, and answered all of my questions regarding the bed that I was purchasing, And it did not take long with ordering my bed.. And I only had to wait four days for delivery. I'm over the moon about that as I've just moved into a new property and I needed the bed to be delivered as soon as possible. So I'm a very happy customer.

i never give higher rated feedback until i have tried the product. my product is yet to be used and as yet return/exchange options have not been utilized.

The mattress I wanted to test was only available to try on a motorized adjustable demonstration bed in store. A couple of staff tried to get the bed to stop cycling through its movements but we're not able to. I could not lie on the moving bed as I be e a back problem. Eventually one staff member was able to stop the bed moving. By this time I had spent a lot longer in store than I had planned.
