My wife was talked into buying two extra-large pillows by the assistant, Medinat, who insisted that normal pillow-cases would fit. They don't, so we had to then buy further pillow0cases - this time online.

The AI experience, whilst impressive, did not add much value to the product selection, and ended up wasting precious minutes at the store. There was no link between the AI process and the store associate interaction.

Purely the delivery time of a month for the Divan I have ordered. This was the only Divan base of this kind and I really need it ASAP as my daughter is having to sleep on the sofa.

Beds are expensive! Not the staff's fault. It would be good if the guarantee included a refund if we swapped to a cheaper mattress.
