Dreams - New Bromley

The only minor improvement that could have been made is if the staff spent slightly more time with us to help us choose a bed. We did wait a bit to be seen (not too long) but the shop was almost empty and there were only a few staff members who seemed to be busy. However all staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Great customer service and made the experience very easy and quick. We bought a bed and a mattress which will be delivered soon, so I cannot comment on that yet. The store was clean, tidy and presentable. Social distancing, masks and screens all in place. I am very pleased with my visit, and I believe it was Daniel (and 1 more staff member) helped us and they were great.
