We had a great experience and the team took good care of us. We weren't sure we were going to make a purchase when we walked in and so it is a credit to their service that we bought a mattress that day.

I was satisfied with my visit however the store colleague had only been there 2 months so his product knowledge was not understandably huge however he looked things up for me which was fine. He was very helpful and friendly unlike the girl who had obviously been there longer

I think the customer experience can be improved by making the seating area more comfortable. Also when we wanted to try out the mattresses there was no place to leave our bags and coats. It was a little inconvenient to have to carry your coats and bags around the store when trying different beds. Imagine if it was raining heavily outdoor.

Good customer’s service help me find what I wanted he also explained the options of the products. So polite and patient with the customers. I will surely go back to that dream again.

I was satisfied with the bed and mattress I bought in the store and service received. However disappointed that the in store team can’t help with online orders. We’d had a bed delivered and weren’t happy with the mattress. To exchange had to call service line which isn’t available on the weekends. It’s disappointing the jnstore team can’t help

I was highly satisfied with the service, in fact Reece (I think was his name) was excellent. It was only a purchase of a mattress for a spare room which won't be used very often so I wasn't really paying too much attention to detail. Just so long as it was comfortable and inexpensive enough.

I would have liked to have seen a king size bed on display. I also thought the Sleep machine was a gimmick and was there to fool us into believing it could tell us the type of mattress that would be suitable but it just recommended everything and noticed the next couple got the same results. And as with typical marketing campaigns the 60% off promotion was nothing of the sort with the ‘up to’ in tiny writing.

The price I paid was on the high side.did not like paying an extra £ 30 for mattress disposal. Discounted to £ 15
