Saw bed on line, was readily available for purchase in store. Charlie, the sales assistant was incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and had a good personality. Tried to accommodate our delivery needs albeit out of his hands. He was not pushy in the slightest and answered all our questions.

The Assistant was very helpful and attentative, very good knowledge of the products and advised us on the best available options.

From entering your store we were greeted by staff that didn’t feel you had to engage with them straight away, but only if you needed help. After asking for advice it was given in a very professional way.

I was very satisfied during my visit to Bromley Dreams Store. Sales staff was brilliant. Charlie spent over an hour, showing and explaining bedroom furniture, when Cherrelle helped me on choosing the right bed. All paperwork done by Lynne was quick and professional
