Was acknowledge as soon as we entered the branch. Young gentleman named Charlie was very knowledgeable showed as everything on offer was very helpful and patient a real credit to your company. Prices were very reasonable aswell

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EASY. YOUR ASSISTANT, NANDITA, WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITHOUT BEING 'PUSHY'. SHE GAVE US A GOOD CHOICE AND RANGE OF PRODUCTS AND WAS VERY PATIENT WHILE WE TRIED SEVERAL MATTRESSES.

Charles was one of the most knowledgeable and personable sales people I've ever met. There was no push to buy the most expensive bed, all the options were shown. I was invited to try each one and make up my own mind. Nobody wants to work on a bank holiday but Charles and his work colleagues came across as being very happy to be there and pleased to serve me. Unfortunately beds are items that are bought every 10+ years do I eont be going back for a while, well maybe to buy a pollow next month. But rest assured I shall be singing Charles and his colleagues praises at every opportunity. I hope this feedback will be shared with the team in Bromley. As a company you should be very proud of your team there. Thank you

I saw the silver bed in the window and thought I have to have this bed, somI went into the store. I met Charlie who was very friendly and he was very attentive. He made me feel at ease when applying for finance and the deal was done. He made special arrangements for the delivery to be delayed until I was ready for the bed. My over all experience was very good and I would recommend dreams to my friends and colleagues.

The member of staff that assisted me (Cherrelle) was really helpful. I was happy with the product and the price. Arranging the credit and delivery were straightforward.

Good information available about products and assistant also had good knowledge. Time to discuss what we were looking for and options. Products were accessible as were staff. Significant factor was being able to get 0% finance and or payment over a longer period of time. Store clean, quiet and spacious.
