Myself and my fiancée visited your bromley store to 'look at and test' some beds there was little or no intention of buying as I have previously worked for Carpetright and still enjoy staff discount on sleep right beds... This was however until Ali approached us and proceeded to provide an outstanding level of customer service on many levels some of which I will highlight as follows- He was Informative but not up selling in an obvious way Accurate in description of products and very knowledgable of multiple options on every item (example being we wanted 2 drawers however Have ended up with ottoman with more storage in desirable colour) Very proactive listening to our needs from the off...he Highlighted my back issue presented a good better and best solution and explained what each bed offered to perfection, I am a sales manager myself and as a result consider myself a real nightmare to serve however on the back of my recent visit to your dreams store in bromley and the excellent service received I must confess I will be telling my friends and family to buy from you as it is clear to see see you a company know what good service is and how to implement it.

I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Attentive assistance - offered help 'when you're ready' - perfect, time to browse and then ask for help. Extremely knowledgeable assistant - efficient and painless purchase.

I was very pleased to find the bed and mattress I was looking for but the hole exsperiance was made easy and a pleasure because the salesman "Charlie" was so good at his job and very polite and friendly.

The Lady (Shop assistant) was very patient, polite and very knowledgeable. She kept asking me a lot of questions and guiding me towards my choice according to the answers I gave her. She even went out of her way to call me a Taxi as I was late for an appointment with my GP. I will definitely use her services again.

Althiugh Nandita the assistant was alone in the shop (which was surprising) she gave us immediate attention, explained fully the details of the item we liked and was friendly and professional throughout

The help & advice we got from Lynne in the Bromley store was second to none. She was immensely informative & helpful & also really friendly.
