The assistant, Ali, had a great product knowledge and made the experience very easy. He was helpful without being pushy and took time to understand my needs.

We got all that we wanted very quickly with minimal fuss and at about the sort of price we wanted to pay.

Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Their knowledge of the products they were selling was very good. We haven't yet received our order so cannot comment on the quality of craftmanship but if it matches the quality of the sales staff it will be excellent.

I was welcomed in the Bromley store by Cherrelle and Ali with happy faces. Both sale assistants were very helpful in ensuring I could purchase a bed and have it delivered in time for my visiting family. What I liked most of all was that it was all most closing time but I was not rushed by Ali or Cherrelle to make my purchase. I was recommend by my family to visit the Bromley store

I was served by Cherrelle in Bromley who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable on all items I asked about, gave good advise and wasn't pushy or desperate for a sale. She wrote down all the information & prices on a card with her name(hence I know her name). I left to decide what would suit me best and returned a couple of days later to buy. Lovely girl.
