The lady that assisted me (Nandita), was ever so helpful and understanding. From the time I walked in she assisted me and answered all the question that I had as well as giving me some excellent advice on my purchase. My husband was not with me at the time but she was happy to talk to him via the phone to speak to him about the advantages of having the 10 year guarantee which we eventually added following her explanation of the advantages. On this occasion I only bought 2 king size bed frames but now I will be defiantly going back to purchase the mattresses as Nandita said she will be able to discuss which mattress will be best for me. Nandita was very friendly approachable knowledgeable.

Your assistant Cherrelle knew what she was talking about & adjusted the details to suit us. She was knowledgable, efficient & managed to work out the best price for us.

I was assisted by Cherelle and Lynne, who spent a lot of time dealing with the fact that I want to export the beds. I wasn't expecting this level of service from a mass market high street retailer

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and assistance were offered. We were allowed some time to browse before Nandita offered her help. She was very patient and had a very good knowledge which allowed her to answer all our questions. We were presented with a clear description of our order and how much it will cost and assistance on how to get the best value for our purchase including delivery, disposal of old bed and assembly. We are very pleased regarding our visit to bromley dreams and our experience with shop staff.

All staff were very friendly and approachable. The chap who served me was more than happy to show me different things and answer any questions I had.

Staff were friendly as soon as entering the store they were helpful and actually seemed bothered about customer focus and were actually interested in their job. They weren't pushy but used their knowledge to recommend other products or those similar which allowed us too make our purchase.

Customer service was great
