We were very welcomed. The chap who assisted us was most helpful and knowledgable

We approached assistant Nandita, who made herself immediately available. We were impressed by her intimate knowledge of the products and her understanding of our requirements. We had all the time we needed to check that our choice was the most appropriate for us. The store was quiet at the time and that helped give us a sense of not being rushed.

Ally was a very friendly, rapport building chap who put us at ease and very honest

My husband and I entered the Dreams store in Bromley. The assistant who spoke to us was Nandita and she was very polite and helpful, but not "pushy". We explained what we were looking for and she gave us various options. Whilst there, I had a tickly cough, and Nandita fetched me a mug of water and gave me one of her cough sweets - very thoughtful! The whole process was very good and we were very pleased with the store and the staff.

Excellent customer service from Ali. He was very helpful and friendly and did all he could to understand and meet our requirements.

As soon as I came in I was greeted by Nandita I think her name was and as soon as I described how I like to sleep she chose the prefect mattress and pillow. Obviously she had to show me others as she has to sell or up sell but she was bang on the first time.

Needed to check measurements at home before purchasing bed, staff were totally understanding and agreeable to this and greeted me on my return very pleasantly. Also staff were very accommodating of me not wanting to take delivery immediately
