the sales assistant came and asked what we were looking for, then he explained the difference in the mattresses. He left left us alone to make our own choices, he did not hover over us pushing us to buy something.

The service, and advise given by Cherrelle was excellent. She was nice and friendly and understood our needs. She certainly new her products. We went in with a fixed idea on what we had seen on line, after discussions with Cherrelle we changed our minds and bought a far better product. Well done to your staff in the Bromley store.
