Staff were very helpful and the products I wanted were available at the right price.

Customer service was excellent the lady helped us find the exact products we wanted and was happy to talk to us in details about different options available. Fantastic 1-2-1 service!

I was made welcome immediately I entered the store. I explained the type of bed I required and was taken in the lift as I am slightly disabled to the showroom upstairs where I saw an item that suited my needs exactly. The purchase process was made smooth and simple. After this we discussed new bedding ect which I will return for at a later date. It was a really pleasant. lynne the lady who served me made me feel I was a friend not just customer.

Aristarchus had a high level of product knowledgeable and explained all the various types of mattresses in great detail. Aristarchus was very friendly and polite, and did not try to sell me a high end mattress. He took all of my needs into consideration and sold me a mattress that I needed. I am very pleased with the mattress that I chose and was provided with a high level of service.

Bright, clean and airy store. Well laid out with plenty of space between products on display. Friendly and efficient staff. Made shopping almost a pleasure!

The lady who served us was very knowledgable and very helpful. Even though she was the only person in the mattress section and had 3 sets of customers waiting she was calm, polite, professional and consistent. In my business I'd consider her to be an excellent member of the team

The sales assistant made me feel totally at ease right off and then paid particular attention and carefully listened to what I was looking for from Dreams today. Asked some important questions about the specific type of product I looking for and against this then proceeded to advise me of my particular options, whist ensuring that my stated requirements was observed throughout. I came into the store wishing to buy a mattress however somewhat apprehensive as I needed some guidance and help, this was provided fully and I am able, happy to make the purchase today with a lot of confidence with my choice. I am very, very happy that I visited Dreams in Bromley today as I felt that my purchase of these items and the entire process was excellent I could not have asked for more.
