I found the shop assistants extremely helpful all three of them helped me buying the correct bedsheets I required and all went out of their way to help me and get examples. Would highly recommend dreams. Friendly helpful staff are the main ingredient to happy customer service. I walked out of the shop feeling excited and in a good mood by being served in an officiant manor which a lot of other shops lack. 10/10 customer service.

Friendly service. I was asked to test various beds and mattresses. And then I bought the single bed that i wanted.

I had been served in my local branch in Bromley by Nandita. It was a very pleasant experience as me and my family walked in to look for the mattress but not knowing what exactly we would like to chose. Soon after we were greeted by your lovely employee Nandita and she assisted us the whole time while we finally made up our minds. And it took some time as we are very difficult customers. Thankfully she was on that shift otherwise I am pretty sure there won't be any transaction. Not even she helped us to find the right item but also recommended amazing pillows we are extremely happy with. Her kindness and understanding was fantastic. She truly is an example of the employee who goes the extra mile to meet customers needs. Absolutely will recommend to anyone.

I am an old customer...I went to buy a mattress 3 years ago and now moving house I needed a bigger one. As I had a good experience priveausly I went back to dreams and got not one but 2 beds for my family. I had the same sale person that served me the first time and I valueed the fact that she recognised me and took care of me just as she did the first time. I would definitely go back!

I'd checked a product from the website, Ali took me straight to show me the equivalent, gave me a couple of alternatives around the comfort rating and once I'd chosen told me I could take the product away with me as you had them in stock which was great.
