Dreams - New Bromley

I brought my last mattresses 30 years ago, I brought this information in, I was told that they were no longer in business, but was taken to a very similar mattresses in store, it was perfect. I did try 3 others, but the original one was the best. I then choose a mattresses cover, and was told that the cheaper one would be better for me, as I would get too hot with the one I choose. It was so nice to be served. My mattresses was not in the sale, but I walk out with want I wanted and could afford. This service was so good that I told my friends about it.

When I turned up in the store I knew what I wanted and found the mattress and there was an assistant available who dealt with my order and was very efficient. She was knowledgeable and took my order without any fuss. I was very impressed with her and her colleague who was also very friendly. It was a pleasure to enter the store and be dealt with in this way. Yes I would recommend my friends to go to this store for their beds and mattresses. Great people, nice and friendly all round a great shopping experience with great customer service. Well done to Naditu and her colleague they should be commended for this experience.

I was really happy with Dreams customer service. I purchased a ottoman bed in the Catford store and my mattress in the Bromley store. Both area sales person were nice and helpful, but not too pushy which I highly prefer. I am very happy with my purchases and I hope the quality remain just as good as the customer service. I was served by Ubi/Ali in the Bromley Branch. They listened to what my needs were and then advised what mattresses would suit my needs. They gave me a demonstration for mattress protectors and helpful advice in relation to finance. Their customer service was the best I have received for a long time, even down to offering me tea! One of them was training and his supervisor was watching what he did and helping along the way, I was very impressed with both of them and would have no hesitation in recommending dreams to my friends and family.

It was quick and efficient once we knew what we needed.
